Order Cancellation & Delivery Inspection
You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your gate when it is delivered. Because our gates are delivered by our own delivery team, any visible damage or delivery issue should be reported to the driver before the delivery is completed. If there is a visible problem on delivery, our driver will record the issue and the gate may be returned with the driver. We will then arrange a replacement gate or refund, depending on the situation. If you cancel your order after delivery, the gate must be returned unused, unfitted, undamaged and in suitable protective packaging. Because this is a large ready-made item, you are responsible for arranging and covering return delivery unless the gate is faulty or damaged on arrival. This policy applies to our ready-made matching composite gates with grey or black aluminium frames and composite infill.
